Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF34P RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 252 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF34P-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf16, SUMF2, and TEX15. Each is linked with PRAMEF34P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF34P-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF34P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf16 grouped by PRAMEF34P-low versus PRAMEF34P-high in HNSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF34P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF34P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
