PRAMEF33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF33-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P1, RNU6-1084P, and MRPS33P3. Each is linked with PRAMEF33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF33-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED15P1 grouped by PRAMEF33-low versus PRAMEF33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF33→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
