PRAMEF33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 942 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF33-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF14, PRAMEF4, and PRAMEF15. Each is linked with PRAMEF33 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF33-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF33 versus PRAMEF14 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF33→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
