PRAMEF33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF33-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEATR5B, RPS6KA2, and RFX3. Each is linked with PRAMEF33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF33-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HEATR5B grouped by PRAMEF33-low versus PRAMEF33-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF33→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
