PRAMEF27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF27-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUFIP1P1, RN7SL711P, and IGHVII-53-1. Each is linked with PRAMEF27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF27-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUFIP1P1 grouped by PRAMEF27-low versus PRAMEF27-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF27→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
