Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF27-associated genes across cancer lineages are USPL1, UBAP2L, and ADAMTS19. Each is linked with PRAMEF27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF27-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USPL1 grouped by PRAMEF27-low versus PRAMEF27-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF27→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
