Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIF1A, PPP4R3A, and CSNK2A1. Each is linked with PRAMEF26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF26-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIF1A grouped by PRAMEF26-low versus PRAMEF26-high in CNS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
