Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF26 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP4, RAD54L2, and SMCO2. Each is linked with PRAMEF26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF26-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMP4 grouped by PRAMEF26-low versus PRAMEF26-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
