Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRAMEF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRAMEF2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PRAMEF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAMEF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH and ESCA are the cancer types where PRAMEF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
