PRAMEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 826 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2B3, KIAA0408, and NT5C1B-RDH14. Each is linked with PRAMEF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B3 grouped by PRAMEF2-low versus PRAMEF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
