Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRAMEF18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRAMEF18 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PRAMEF18 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAMEF18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PCPG, and SKCM are the cancer types where PRAMEF18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
