PRAMEF18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 449 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP459, CTBP2P10, and NOD2. Each is linked with PRAMEF18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF18-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP459 grouped by PRAMEF18-low versus PRAMEF18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
