PRAMEF18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFB, TBC1D1, and ANKRD17. Each is linked with PRAMEF18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF18-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFB grouped by PRAMEF18-low versus PRAMEF18-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
