PRAMEF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA6P, BMS1P14, and SNORD74B. Each is linked with PRAMEF15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF15-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
