The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PRAMEF14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAMEF14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where PRAMEF14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
