Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, SF2, and Cyclin-E1. Each is linked with PRAMEF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF14-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF14 results are reported.
