Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,191 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyridine-containing compound metabolic process, Regulation of translational initiation, and Establishment of protein localization to mitochondrial membrane. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.
