Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are APLNR, YPEL1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.
