PRAMEF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,358 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF7_S163, SRSF8_S273, and THRAP3_S535. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF12 versus SRSF7_S163 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
