PRAMEF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR62, PSMC3IP, and SEC13. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR62 grouped by PRAMEF12-low versus PRAMEF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
