Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, GAPDH, and PCNA. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PRAMEF12-low versus PRAMEF12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
