PRAMEF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 878 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF9, PRAMEF7, and PRAMEF8. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF12 versus PRAMEF9 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
