PRAMEF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A1, UBE2U, and MRGPRG. Each is linked with PRAMEF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF12-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A1 grouped by PRAMEF12-low versus PRAMEF12-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
