PRAMEF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 941 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HARBI1, SETD3, and FAF1. Each is linked with PRAMEF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF10-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
