PRAMEF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 418 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are WIZ, CNTN4, and GUCY1A2. Each is linked with PRAMEF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF10-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
