PRAMEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,353 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P3, RN7SKP182, and ZNF72P. Each is linked with PRAMEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P3 grouped by PRAMEF1-low versus PRAMEF1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
