PRAMEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Axl, C-Raf, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PRAMEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Axl grouped by PRAMEF1-low versus PRAMEF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
