Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAME RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,834 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAME-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6KA4, TOM1L2, and BRIX1. Each is linked with PRAME in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAME-to-partner and partner-to-PRAME results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAME→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
