Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAME mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAME-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K1, PLA2G3, and TAS2R8. Each is linked with PRAME in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAME-to-partner and partner-to-PRAME results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAME→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
