Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,821 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP4, MYO1E, and PPP1R3B. Each is linked with PRAG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAG1 versus BMP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
