Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX5, TSR1, and TRMU. Each is linked with PRAG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLRX5 grouped by PRAG1-low versus PRAG1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
