Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ETS-1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with PRAG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAG1 results are reported.
