Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRAF2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRAF2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PRAF2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PRAF2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
