PRAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV1OR-2, H3-4, and CKS1BP6. Each is linked with PRAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV1OR-2 grouped by PRAF2-low versus PRAF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
