Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Platelets, Th1 cells, and Melanocytes. Each is linked with PRAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAF2 results are reported.
