Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,343 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Growth hormone secretion, Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy, and Cell communication involved in cardiac conduction. Each is linked with PRAF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAF2 results are reported.
