Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRADC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,349 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRADC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, MLH1, and REEP6. Each is linked with PRADC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRADC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRADC1 results are reported.
