PRADC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRADC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRADC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, TRAJ23, and ATP1B3P1. Each is linked with PRADC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRADC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRADC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by PRADC1-low versus PRADC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRADC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRADC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
