Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRADC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,422 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRADC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOLA3, NDUFB2, and SUCLG1. Each is linked with PRADC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRADC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRADC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRADC1 versus BOLA3 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRADC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRADC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
