Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-9. Each is linked with PRAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAC2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAC2 results are reported.
