Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PQLC1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PQLC1P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PQLC1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PQLC1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where PQLC1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
