Across TCGA patient cohorts, PQBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,349 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PQBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, SUV39H1, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with PQBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PQBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PQBP1 results are reported.
