Across TCGA cell cohorts, PQBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,952 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PQBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleolar chromatin organization, Nucleolus organization, and Growth hormone secretion. Each is linked with PQBP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PQBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PQBP1 results are reported.
