PPY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPY-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1P1, MIR4727, and MIR6839. Each is linked with PPY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPY-to-partner and partner-to-PPY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTHRC1P1 grouped by PPY-low versus PPY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
