PPY

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPY protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 114 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCOF1, PYCR3, and CPT2. Each is linked with PPY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPY-to-partner and partner-to-PPY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPY versus TCOF1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
