PPWD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPWD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,550 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, CCNB1, and CWC27. Each is linked with PPWD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPWD1-to-partner and partner-to-PPWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPWD1 versus CENPH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
