Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5F1, RBMY2AP, and MIR6761. Each is linked with PPWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPWD1-to-partner and partner-to-PPWD1 results are reported.
