Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PPWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPWD1-to-partner and partner-to-PPWD1 results are reported.
