Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B3, TSSK1B, and BPIFB3. Each is linked with PPWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPWD1-to-partner and partner-to-PPWD1 results are reported.
