PPT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MR1, SAMD3, and LIPA. Each is linked with PPT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPT2-to-partner and partner-to-PPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
